The Iron Door Project wants to make sure your door looks great, and is happy to provide repairs and paint touch-ups under warranty guidelines.
W A R R A N T Y
The Iron Door Project warrants its products to be free from material and workmanship defects for a three year period from the date of delivery or install. This warranty is non transferable. Builders will be provided a transferable one year warranty. The Iron Door Project will repair or replace any defective product or part at our sole discretion; excluding user damage aside from standard use of the product and normal wear and tear. Damages from installation are not covered under any part of this warranty.
When enjoying your Iron Door Project product(s), we encourage consideration of the following:
- All products by the Iron Door Project are considered original and one of a kind. Finishes may contain slight variations in color from color or finish samples.
- Iron Door Project paint finishes will naturally age or ”patina” over time, relative to the amount of exposure to natural elements and normal use of the product. This aging process is meant to enhance the beauty of the product and is not covered by warranty, implied or written.
- The Iron Door Project doors are quality constructed and are injected with polyurethane foam for insulation. During extremely hot, humid or cold weather, it is possible, and likely that the product may produce condensation or frosting. This is relative to the extreme in temperatures and is not considered a manufacturing or product defect. The Iron Door Project makes no warranty, implied or written against frosting or condensation with a standard or thermal break constructed door.
- It is reasonable to expect minor scuffing and/or scratching as a result of shipping and handling and this is not considered a manufacturing defect. The Iron Door Project can provide touch up paint for onsite application.
